Worst experience in my life, not recommended at all. The agent didn't care about explaining things properly, didn't finish the paper work in the right way, handed me two keys instead of three, the apartment wasn't delivered as promised in the viewing, when I had problems with the seller he didn't help. After closing the deal agent became very rude and during the conversation start shouting at me, when i complained to the agency they didn't do anything.
Deniz Coban is good at what he does, but once the deal is done, he's not that interested in correcting any mistakes, such as paying the final cleaning as stated in the contract, but which wasn't done. Then he dodges all calls and texts, and expects you to get tired.
I am disappointed with Fastighetsbyrån Uppsala. I happened to overhear a phone conversation about me. Not what I wanted to hear.
