If I could put zero stars, I would. The mäklare did not shake my hand when we met or when he left, which I found quite rude and unprofessional. He then rushed the viewing of the flat (after arriving late to our appointment) as he had to go to another viewing. In addition, he did not have a floor plan available, and he did not know how to answer the most basic questions, such as how old the kitchen was or what kind of material the floor was made of. He also refused to show me the storage room that belongs to the flat and the laundry room. I was very tempted to bid for this flat above the asking price, but I am not going to bid on a flat that was not shown to me in full.
