Putting up unwanted advertising in BRFs, putting up notices in stairwells and on garbage room doors is not something we in associations want. Which then becomes crap that the association has to remove and scrape off the tape residue from. Then you know which real estate agency you should not hire when it's time to sell.

Signed up for a viewing of an apartment that we were interested in buying. The agent calls me and says welcome and that we will see each other on Sunday. On the Sunday viewing, there is no one at the address and it turns out that the apartment has been sold via bidding. Too bad they didn't get back to me that the viewing was cancelled. I might have traveled from Malmö just for this (now that's not the case). Too bad we weren't allowed to bid. Seems to care more about quick deals.
