We have been on many viewings to find our dream house. We were on a viewing in one of the properties of the Swedish Real Estate Agency. The description describes it as a newly renovated house with the quote "completely new roof" and new geothermal heat pump. The roof later turned out to be more than 15 years old (concrete panels) which is about 1/3 of its technical lifespan and the heat pump about 20-22 years old which is an object for a museum. The plot was overgrown and the house was damaged by moisture in almost every room and corner. We asked questions to the real estate agent and it was "waved away" / avoided finding out the real facts. In the real estate agent's defense, of course the seller and his information are there but for us it was no deal!
Terribly dishonest broker who is also the owner. As a seller I would absolutely not hire Tomas. Emailed him several times regarding an apartment without receiving any feedback and then I see that it is sold a few days later for a lower price than I had intended to offer for it. As a buyer you rightly get clear indications of irregularities at the sellers expense.
