An attempt at first contact ended up with a "Telephone answering service" who was neither interested in me getting in touch with the broker nor was customer-oriented by, for example, asking for my phone number to be passed on, so the broker could call back. No, as a customer I was expected to chase the broker. No thanks - that's not how I want to be treated as a customer.
It's sad when you email, call, or text certain brokers without a response.
