When I came in the apartment everything was really dirty. We had to clean everything ourselves and we did not have heathing in our apartment from August until December. We called them and after several weeks they send people. When I left I cleaned everything very well, like the list says on their website and they still charged 1050 sek. I know they do this to a lot of international students.
I can recommend Uppsala hem as a landlord! They are almost always quick to respond to requests, repairs and are keeping their apartments in good shape :) Uppsalahem has also helped support a small non-profit organisation (Rackis for Barn) I am working with, by giving us some storage room to sell second-hand room items to new students - super important and helpful to us.
Uppsalahem was extremely supportive. We're running Rackis for barn, a second hand charity to support children with cancer. Uppsalahem let us use their storage rooms for the items, free of cost. Without their support, we would not have been able to run our project! Also, as their tenant myself, I always found the communication to be very quick and friendly. Broken things were fixed immediately.
They rarely answer the phone call
our apartment is 17 degree Celsius cold, and what they do is telling you put on more clothes! I have 3 sweaters on me!!
