Our move went a lot more smoothly than expected, because of Instad. Professional and friendly attitude, available for questions, expert support with packing and unpacking, smooth move to the new house, and no broken or missing items. Overall a very pleasant experience.

They were great! It started out a bit stressful as it took awhile to get the code for the local storage unit where they stored some of our things but I think there was some sort of communication issue with the movers and storage company as it was all great once it was sorted. The original plan I had made had some unexpected challenges on my end and they were able to work with them and gave me a good price through out. Very responsive and helpful. The movers that came were also friendly and efficient on each of the three times we used them towards the final move. The movers all seem to have a good working relationship. I would definitely hire them again.

My first time using a moving company and I was really happy with the service provided. They were very patient in answers any questions I had before the move / providing tips on moving. The team work both quickly and professionally to get my stuff moved to my new apartment. I would definitely use them in the future, if I move again!
