That they have a contract with someone is completely incomprehensible to me. Guards who are completely incapable of any form of critical thinking, and that they are insecure and have aggression problems.
Had nowhere to go during the night because all the hotels were booked. So I wasn't allowed to work during the night in my own office. When I tried to explain my situation I was told that "it wasn't their problem". Appreciate the humanity /s
Very nice and well received by the staff both on the phone and on site. You do a fantastic job! 👍
It took a while for Avarn to arrive (1 hour). However, it was not an emergency. But the person who came really did EVERYTHING that could be done and in a correct and good way. 4th but really close to a 9/10
Rude operator who didn't even let me finish talking and connected me on the phone
