Everything has worked very well, from the first meeting to installation. Very good salespeople and very good installers who listened to how I wanted it installed. The installation was carried out in a good and professional manner by skilled and pleasant fitters. From quotation to completed installation, everything went well. HP Solartech has been quick to respond to questions and concerns that have arisen along the way, which has felt very good. The entire calculation on an annual basis was well in line with what was calculated in the quotation.
Thoroughly professional treatment from the first call. Installation and commissioning earlier than promised. Skilled fitters with a sense of aesthetics and safety. The fact that "my" insurance company is also involved in setting the standard for safety reinforces the feeling of security. In terms of production, the facility has so far exceeded estimates. Good administrative help in the grant jungle and good follow-up of work performed. In other words: A really good company that delivers. (No, I haven't been paid to write this, just an ordinary satisfied customer.)
Overall, I am very satisfied. The installation of my ground system went well and was completed a few weeks before the promised delivery date. Installation of solar cells and inverters and all electrical wiring was carried out very professionally. The system produces a good amount of energy in accordance with calculations, even though the weather has not been entirely according to calculations. What I am a little disappointed with is that the app offered (EIBSolar, which is good given the conditions) is only based on delivered energy in the separate certificate meter, without it I would have been completely blind. There is more to work on here, and other inverters provide significantly more information in their apps.
I am very satisfied with both the treatment, the end result and the price! The installation was quick and was done on time and basically in one day. In addition, they solved the problem so that the electricity could be pulled straight down into the ceiling and connected to a substation so I could have the inverter up in the attic. Big plus!
