Very competent and reasonably competitive. I can highly recommend Fönsterbyte for replacing windows and doors.
The espagnolette for the patio door broke within the warranty period but they refuse to replace it. It has been more than 1 year since the complaint and still not fixed. They are squirming and making excuses. Arn next. Status update, they still have not shown interest in solving the whole thing and ARN is not taking it because I tried to solve it myself with them for more than a year.
They say that if I have the windows fully open and there is a gust of wind the hinges can break Can this really be true? I have apparently chosen the wrong supplier and the wrong windows. I ordered 2 patio doors in May which were supposed to be delivered in August and then in October but no doors ever arrived
