Such incredibly poor service. Gives absolutely no feedback and waiting times for delivery and help are beyond criticism. There is a lot of potential for improvement here.
Incredibly rude, long wait times to get things done, no feedback whatsoever.... Waited 2 months since a grumpy uncle ruled out the dryer, to get a new one installed. Now someone else is calling and wants to troubleshoot the machine and has no idea what has been done... 🤯

Terrible service! The most confused people I've ever encountered. And the repairman who was supposed to come by called the same day he was supposed to come by and wanted me to guess what was wrong instead of him coming by and finding the fault on site. Got a price quote over the phone for the same amount as a new machine costs. Never buy Electrolux and if you have one, don't call this company!
Incredibly poor service, no response when you ask for information about waiting times, different information depending on who you talk to. Unable to speak to the person who is supposed to service the product as you can only call a switchboard. The switchboard staff are very nice, however.
