Extremely bad experience. The company showed up on an unscheduled day and without prior notice. When I got home I found my dog locked in a small closet where he had been sitting for several hours and had become so stressed that he peed on our clothes. This shows a total lack of care, judgment and respect, both for the customer's home and for a living animal. If they had just called we could have come home right away. This is not a mistake that can be excused. Definitely not a company I recommend
Hired them in March-April 2024 to replace the water heater. Promised that it would cost a maximum of 12,000 SEK with everything. Then received an invoice for 15,000 SEK. Disputed it and they claimed that it was wrong. Changed to 11,600ish SEK. About a month later an invoice came for about 1600 SEK. Then it was the electrician who would also get paid, which was not informed about. So it ends up at over 13,000 SEK. NOW - 1.5 years later they send an old invoice from April 2024 to my old house and want an additional 487 SEK. For not granted ROT deduction. After two emails to them they offer to credit the invoice. Generally very strange behavior and misinformation. Otherwise I assume they did an okay job but I had already sold the house and moved out before I test-drove the water heater myself.
I would like to share my experience with Nya Rörbolaget who carried out a major bathroom renovation. Happy for the result, we contracted them for a second renovation few months later. Nya Rörbolaget strictly adhered to the timeline and worked in a very professional manner throughout the project. Unfortunately I don´t remember the names of all people who performed the work, but a special thanks to Ivan (who did most of the first work) and Marek (who did the most of the second). They both were very precise and focused on details. Then, thanks to Tobias who always responded quicky to all my 1000 questions, Johan for the good tips in choosing the furniture , Thomas (SG Installation) for the electrical works and the rest of the team who did the remaining installations. If you plan to renovate the bathroom or plumbing works in general, I can definitely recommend them.
