They ordered carpet before we confirmed the quote and forced us to pay even though we didn't want their quote. Very bad business.
Incredibly bad at feedback. Promises to call back but never does. Bought wooden floors that we were a little suspicious about whether it was really treated when our carpenter wondered when he put it in. Also a carpenter inside the store thought the same. Most contacts with Hedlunds floors have only resulted in us having to go to the store ourselves as they never call back even though they have promised such contact. Avoid.
Good results from the renovation of our laundry room. Looks nice and also a relatively good price that was also kept. However, it took much longer to complete the renovation than expected.
