We hired LGP Group to renovate our son's kitchen, where they replaced the worktop, tiles and extractor fan. Before that, we were in contact with two other companies, but their lack of professionalism made the choice easy. One company has still not responded to a text message from December 4th asking whether they would even show up. The other promised to get back to us with a quote but never heard back – when I contacted them myself, I was told that they were not going to provide a quote at all. LGP Group was the complete opposite. From the first contact, they were service-minded, reliable and easy to reach. They kept their promises, communicated clearly and carried out the work carefully and professionally with a very good end result. Unfortunately, there is a big difference between companies in this industry – and LGP Group clearly showed how it should work. We are very satisfied and recommend them without hesitation.
