Yesterday I received my prize of 3 hours of house cleaning. A professional and nice Camilla came and did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied and recommend Home Maid in Västerås. Margona in Tillberga 😀

There is a lot of carelessness, especially when we are not home. Now during Christmas we have been home and have been able to see more. There is neither dusting nor vacuuming nor mopping, and then the staff lies that they have cleaned. In several bedrooms the floor is incredibly dusty and dirty. It is difficult to get hold of someone responsible. They are responsible for the cleaning equipment. There is a sponge that is literally falling apart, but it is not replaced.

Never hired you, but was overtaken by your car today on the way to Gäddeholm. The speed was enough to get rid of my driving license and the overtaking was done on a hilltop where any oncoming traffic could not be seen. Irresponsible behavior

Poor communication, poor accountability and above all, lousy work. It wasn't finished on time and even with additions, the cleaning company had to finish the job after the new owners moved in after pressure. I chose Homemaid because they felt big and reliable but it turned out to be a completely wrong idea. I am really surprised and disappointed and will never use Homemaid again.

I would never recommend this service to any person under any circumstances. Ever. Their business motto ought to be, "Unreliable, unprofessional, untrustworthy, and leaving you feeling unacceptably uncomfortable — guaranteed." My first appointment was missed because the service wasn't started on time, and I had to contact them to actually initiate it after the paperwork got completed. After my first cleaning, I ended up with a decorative lamp & souvenir magnet of mine broken, because they were knocked onto the floor. I watched the first one happen, and only found the second one after they left the apartment, despite being in a different room. My second cleaning left me with my spare pair of glasses broken, and the sound system in for my living room ruined and needing to be replaced …and that's just what ended up actually broken. Numerous other things were knocked over into the floor and ignored — and all of this happened while I was still present in my apartment. I can not even imagine what would have transpired if I'd actually been naïve enough to trust them to clean while I wasn't there. The "cleaning" was a surface polish at best, where time was spent talking on the phone in my bathroom, they left a half hour early, and the corner of the room had never even been touched. It is solely just a matter of managing whatever the minimum amount of technical effort that qualifies for their requirement with no regard, respect, or care for anything in your home. After the first time, I contacted the office and was reassured that it would be worth another time since there were multiple people cleaning the first time, and it was excused as just being the hectic first encounter. Then, after the second so-called "cleaning" was even worse, I e-mailed them asking to terminate the service. I received a phone call asking me how things were, and was flatly clear that I never wanted to have anyone from their service in my apartment ever again. I was told I would receive a confirmation by e-mail later that day. Nothing. I e-mailed the next day, and got an answer that they thought I had been sent something by their colleague and that they would check. It took a week and a half before I finally got confirmation of cancellation. There isn't a shred of reliability in any individual employed by this service whatsoever, and only a single person with even a half ounce of integrity & ownership. This is a service that would actually be beneficial for me, as those things are a stress I was hoping to alleviate from my life. Every single. moment. of the experience was the polar opposite. I am worse off than if I had never even contacted them. Hiring HomeMaid is the comforting equivalent of letting a stray cat loose into your home in hopes that its fur will collect the dust before it finally dashes out the second there is an open door. If you hired 12-year-olds to clean your apartment, you'd end up with a better end result. Everything about this service is antithetical to the reason that it supposedly exists, and nothing I can say is capable of discouraging anyone from even considering it as strongly as I desire to communicate this point. If you want something to actually be cleaned, but you have anything that is even remotely delicate, or posses any objects of value — don't hire HomeMaid. If you have a deep obsession with dusting and polishing countertop surfaces — buy yourself a duster, and you can manage it in half the time, and also not end up with anything broken. If you have an empty apartment that you need someone to dust, and to have someone clean the windows before you show it to a new prospective renter — hire a different cleaning service. This one isn't worth supporting.
