Poor at providing correct information. Very late with invoicing. The first invoice we receive and see at all, comes in the mailbox as reminder number 3. Of course we pay everything at once. But, due to their late handling of the invoice, the full root deduction is not granted. Which comes as another surprise and then with the threat of debt collection. Something that you as a customer were completely unaware of. No information from the company at all. Feels frivolous and very unprofessional. ARN next The company is difficult to reach by phone.
We received misleading information in their marketing about Green Technology grants for the installation of solar cells, unfortunately it is costly to trust their knowledge.
Hörde av mig med ett larm på min tusen år gamla bergvärmepump. Ecoklimat visste precis vad det rörde sig om, och drygt en vecka senare kommer det en trevlig och kunnig reparatör förbi och fixar den. Kan rekommendera Ecoklimat, och det är hit jag kommer att vända mig när pumpen slutligen behöver bytas ut i sin helhet.
Had a problem with my geothermal heat pump, called about 10 companies only one called back and repaired the same day. Others called back 5 to a week later. So fast and good service.
