Does not follow ARN recommendation. Problems started on day one. The company could not install the indoor unit so without a home visit they came for installation. Sheet metal damage during installation when there were only two installers. When making a complaint, ARN recommended the company to replace the damaged sheet metal free of charge but the company has invoiced mileage reimbursement and materials.
