A negative experience of a purchase that never came to fruition I asked for a quote for a heat pump for cooling, via a form on the website I think it was. There is no date there but around mid-May 240515 Jonas Elfving calls and books a meeting. We agree in principle and he will come up with several solutions 240525 he comes back with three quotes. I reply with a request for clarification, which he responds to relatively quickly 240620 I call him for some questions before a possible installation and also say that the price is far above budget and says that if he can lower the price a little he will get the order. 240624 I get a revised quote. The price has been reduced by about 2%. 240626 I call to accept the order, signals come through but turn into a busy tone. 240627 I email without feedback 240703 I call and am referred to email. I can understand if it's holiday time so I'll wait until the end of July without a response 240812, date of this review, I still haven't received a response. I've been nagging them enough to get a deal. Definitely the strangest business contact I've ever had.
Installation of Daikin ground source heat pump. Very professional installation even though it took a little time, but better that than the other way around 😊 then you came over a few days later and we went through the menus and some other tips and tricks. Great and can highly recommend these guys
