We have been very satisfied with both products and services from HTH Västerås for our site-built wardrobes. Skilled and friendly staff who helped us with on-site measurements and who created different designs for us. Good quality stuff that arrived exactly as planned and everything was well assembled within a couple of days.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT buy from HTH Västerås!!! I have experienced non-delivery, defective boards for end panels and corners, incorrect orders of appliances, over-ordering of materials, downtime due to incorrect cabinet dimensions, four (!) redeliverys of defective goods, collection of goods at a post office, etc. etc. I have not received any compensation or reimbursement for any of my additional costs or your negligence. I received negligence, lies and fraudulent behavior after ordering. I have not even received a correct invoice and the customer service is beyond criticism! After 11 months they still have not completed the work of replacing faulty parts!

Just be there to look and get inspired. At first I declined help...but got so many tips and advice. Whoever you were working with...so a big thank you for how you listened, gave tips, showed, told.... If we are going to buy a kitchen in the future, we would love to come back. You were the best!
