A replacement of the water heater that had begun was saved by Landenbergs pipes when it needed to be supplemented with couplings. Nice service in the store and quick help.

Not fun to deal with if there are problems. Was going to install a new kitchen faucet and valves at home. They sent three fitters, two of whom turned out to be high school students. However, these trainees did not introduce themselves and I only found out that they were trainees when I asked after they worked for several hours at my house. The company connected the hot and cold water incorrectly and placed valves next to each other at different heights. One of the trainees could not cut a pipe but sat and gnawed so the pipe was damaged. The worst thing about this company, however, is their total lack of interest in taking responsibility for the poor job. Both the salesperson and the CEO are dismissive and believe the job is well done. They also wanted to invoice for the time they spent fixing the incorrect connection of hot and cold water first.

Booked them to replace a tap in our kitchen, inspect a leak in our bath and fix a seal in the WC. After booking the appointment we received a call from a technician who asked discovery questions and then allocated a time for the appointment. They tuend up on time, were friendly, courteous and performed their work efficiently and with good communication. Very happy with them and will use them again.

Made our newly built house COMPLETELY flood TWO days after the final inspection due to carelessness. Landenbergs pipes installed a connection on the hot water pipe in the kitchen that was not tightened hard enough! No morals whatsoever to think about how they would have felt if their ENTIRE house had been flooded and the dream of a newly built house was shattered. 3 months of total anxiety about the house being restored, an extra move and a shattered dream, and no joy whatsoever about the house, what's more, no one cared at all. That we still have anxiety about what might happen in the future, no one cares.

Absolutely amazing service! We are up in the mountains for a corona-free cross-country skiing week when the water freezes at home in Västerås, with 2 children left at home. Despite all sorts of attempts with fans throughout the weekend, the water remains gone. After a phone call from me to a very nice girl at Landenbergs at about 10 am, the installer changes his schedule, comes out after lunch, looks over everything and comes to the conclusion that it is probably the heating cable that is not working as it should. He turns it up to the maximum just to be safe and arranges for an electrician to come tomorrow at 7:30, even though it was booked elsewhere. Amazingly, there was so much function left in the heating cable that the water came back after an hour. Thank you for all your help! We can really recommend the company.
