Called LF Bergslagen 3 times about travel insurance for studying abroad, total disaster. Different messages from all 3 customer advisors in Västerås, I ask specifically about a few things and then get the answer that it is included and then in the next call it is not included. The customer advisor sits and reads the inside of his screen and doesn't even seem to know what he is reading or explaining to me. I have never encountered such poor competence and just a lot of babble before from a customer service at a large company. Strongly advise against dealing with this company.
