Now we have been sitting there for almost 3 hours waiting for access. Sure there was some hassle with the bank but it was just after lunchtime and they didn't even ask if they could offer anything and make the experience a little better anyway. We were there as their customers. And of course no housewarming gift (yet anyway). Will never use them.
Broker with first-class customer service. Especially appreciated broker Viktor Eliasson's commitment in connection with the sale. A big plus for the digital tools that provide a very good overview of the marketing and sales process.
You get upset and disappointed when you so clearly make a difference between people. Then you are not honest. Instead you use "ugly tricks". I will never even consider hiring them or recommending anyone I know to do so.
Only interested in money. Really bad! Anders was the name I was in contact with and he is their most experienced broker on Flisavägen and could not give an estimated sales price:/ Sincerely Sylvia
Unfortunately, it didn't feel like they had time for us as a customer. They contacted us late at night even though we said we didn't want to be contacted then, as we get up very early. We didn't get many updates and information about the plan going forward. In the end, it just fell through unfortunately. However, this only reflects one person and not the entire company.
