Avoid this company! A really bad experience and I strongly advise anyone not to use them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

As a new resident in Västerås, Balder has been exceptional in his approach and handling of matters. Matters that were discovered upon entering the apartment were quickly arranged by the property manager and another matter with the manager was arranged immediately. Sure, the apartments are expensive, but it's not much different from other landlords in the end.

I would have given 0/5 if I could. This is a complete disaster, when we moved in we noticed that there was a little wear and tear here and there, some things were in the inspection report, others were not, so we had to document it ourselves. The cleaning was not great either but still reasonable. But imagine when you move out, the apartment was not allowed to have the slightest speck of dust or hair, ANYWHERE. Completely unreasonable and out of touch staff, they don't even know what "normal wear and tear" means. Live somewhere else if you can. They also cooperate with ESAL moving company and they try everything they can to force you to hire them instead of cleaning yourself.

Worst experience. Worst landlord. Worst service. Already broken items in the house by previous tenant, but they want to blame it on me. Asking me to replace things that are not even in the house at the first place. All they care is how to take your money. Is this company desperate for money? Becareful for first timers, especially Västerås.

Terrible experience renting through Balder. Unprofessional and messy business, with no consideration for customers.
