Absolutely atrocious response times to time critical questions. Why would student housing be even managed through a public - private partnership? Such bloat on a critical system just for someone to skim money of the top without actually doing anything. This company should not even exist, it is a leech to society.
really bad. I emailed them saying that I was arriving in Västerås at 7 pm (not 3 am, which I admit would have been problematic), after closing hours, asking kindly if I could still retrieve the keys of my apartment, having no other place to stay and knowing no one in the city. They did not care at all and just replied saying that if I couldn't come during opening hours, I had to just get there when they were open. what kind of treatment is this?
Terrible,they have rented me a room the heater doesn't work. MainteNance came three time to fix it snd they didn't do anything and say its fixed. I contacted bostad they said they have nothing to do with it. Very unprofessional
Been here as a student and quite grew used to the silence around here. It has its own perks as well as downsides but nevertheless if you’re a student looking for an accommodation to study peacefully then this might be your best choice (if you are an aviator because it’s close to the aviation schools but a bit far from the centrum)
They are nice overall and mostly but unfortunately when I had a problem with scam like behaviour with one of their contracted landlords they just tried to deny all responsibility and told me to contact the landlord which I tried before unsuccessfully. They even told me a lot of students had a problem with the landlord but seems like they don't see it as their problem.
