Very strange and unprofessional handling of the process. After I was informed that I had won the bidding, the contract was delayed without a clear explanation, and the communication became increasingly unclear. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the home had been sold via a hidden bid without me being given the opportunity to place a higher bid. The whole situation created a strong feeling of lack of transparency and trust.

When you go to the district court to sue one of their customers that they sold light from, they don't respond when you contact them regarding the fact that they have evidence that is needed for a hearing at the district court. Lost about 130,000 SEK due to buying from the scammers at the Länsförsäkringarnas real estate agency, the broker Carola Axling.
So many hidden defects in our light that it decreased in value significantly and a broker who could not do anything after being promised when signing the contract that everything would be fixed by the seller if there was any problem.
