I find it sad when a realtor downgrades a home (not considering the price) so that the seller feels it's pointless to even try. You can be positive in your approach without it being about money. A positive approach gives a sense of security and cooperation. Acting like a know-it-all and talking down to people and houses is not okay.

Andreas Söderkvist, does everything and more to make it a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers. He has also helped look at properties that are not sold by Mäklarhuset. Makes a good impression and always shows up! Would never go to anyone else but Andreas when I am selling or buying again.
The first time was when they refused to sell my apartment for no reason. The second time is when we are interested in an object and they choose to sell the house without inspection to another customer for 3000 000 kr less than what we were willing to give so the seller lost 3000 000 kr. So yes these are unserious selling a house without inspection talk about following many errors and shortcomings.
Really rude broker! He made the seller lose the highest bid after the bidding was over due to poor communication between seller and buyer which resulted in the seller losing a lot of money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mäklarhuset in Västerås because of him.
