I did not feel that the real estate agency acted in my best interest. I was encouraged to sell my apartment quickly even though I had clearly stated that I did not want to do so, and at a price that would have resulted in a financial loss for me. I had to pay extra out of my own pocket just to cover the agent's commission. This may have been my personal experience, but what happened next made me decide to write this review. When I completed the assignment, the key to my apartment was sent back in a very careless manner. It was in a simple paper envelope that broke during the mail, and the key seems to have fallen out. I received an empty envelope and my apartment key disappeared as a result. In addition, I had to pay 2,000 SEK for photography and advertising on Hemnet without the apartment being sold. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The careless handling and loss of my apartment key were the decisive reasons why I am writing this review.
