I am very very skeptical of Linda Crono's competence as a broker and FFA regarding valuation. Emailed her for explanation and justification but she remains silent. Hence this text. She gets a 0 rating. 6 reputable brokers valued before SkandiaMäklarna in Västerås and they were collectively valued between 8 million - 8.5 million in valuation for our house that we bought in 2021 for 6.3. Then renovated and invested +2 million. Linda valued at 7.0 as the last broker and said it was a fantastic house!!!! Something doesn't add up with the math here.... !!! Of course, I and many others advise against hiring her / Very disappointed she took my time!
The broker screwed up a lot and ruined my move in because the move-in date wasn't as promised. When you do deals like this, you expect things to be done right and that the person doing the administration has a good eye for detail. But here things were really sloppy and it was me, the customer, who suffered. Choose another broker if you want to make a smooth and good deal without problems.

Hi I used Skandiamäklarna and got a super good contact with a broker named George. He was really committed to selling my apartment it was like night and day with my previous broker from PAX real estate agency in Västerås. He even helped organize extra viewings during his vacation time. Five Stars for Skandia Mäklarna. I will also use them again when I sell my next condominium :)
