Very good broker who listened to us and was able to help with our questions during the journey. Even though it didn't turn into a deal, we gained a lot of trust and now have a broker who will take care of our sale!

The broker calls and is rude, shows a house that smells of mold and water damage in the basement and denies that there was such damage. And became rude and angry when a bid was placed 50,000 SEK below the starting price. And explains that he will never sell below the starting price. Deletes bids, does not forward all bids to the seller.

I wanted to borrow money from the bank to finish building the house. For that I hired a broker from PAX. The broker needed time to think and promised to come back on Monday with his valuation. Monday passed and nothing happened. I emailed him and then he promised to come back to me on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon my personal banker called and said that the broker had called around and asked and found HIM and told him about his valuation and got the banker to promise to get back to me later about how the loan went. Both I and my personal banker were surprised that the broker, who was hired by me and curiously asked which bank I would borrow from, went behind my back and talked to the banker instead of talking to me. This means that the broker knows nothing about confidentiality, or at least doesn't care about it. I might have wanted to hire two different brokers and then choose the higher valuation for the bank, which the customer has the right to. If a customer hires a broker for valuation, the broker SHOULD value the customer, not stab the customer in the back by only contacting the bank with his low valuation. Since his actions were "unusual" - and irresponsible in my opinion - the banker recommended that I hire another broker. Imagine if you go to a doctor who then calls your employer to tell you about the diagnosis instead of calling the patient!! That's not allowed. I think PAX needs training in ethics. I will never hire them / recommend them.
