Do not move to Liegatan or Hammarby in general. This is a disaster area to live in. You will not have peace here because: A large number of children play and play football here between the houses, they create problems here. They do not really play but scream, use foul language, throw balls at my windows. They even kick the gate all the time. It has happened several times that the doors here broke because of these children. They are here from 3,4_24 in the evening/night and you do not know if they have parents or not! What I see in these children here is their behavior which shows that they have violence at home. There are more football fields here but they refuse to go there. This is not a place to play and scream without having rented an apartment to live and have peace here. These children are the new criminals in Swedish society. Instead of telling tenants how to keep their apartments warm, make sure to share more important information that will lead to a comfortable stay!!! I don't think the landlord even cares about anything here. They have to send out information letters like every month to neighbors who live here to raise awareness of how the outside environment works and what it should look like for the children here because they create anxiety, noise and worries. If the action is not taken seriously, you will soon see in the next five or ten years when the children grow up, see how the number of criminals increases here which leads to a big loss for the landlord because no one will stay here or rent an apartment. I will eventually make sure to leave the place as soon as I find somewhere else because it is not worth paying such high rents for these worthless apartments in a completely unsuitable place and unsuitable area. I warn those who want to move here, if you are looking for peace and want to enjoy yourself, do not move here at all. The service itself from the landlord is also very bad. Bad and ignorant property managers who do not know anything. My stove fan has been out of order for several years now and the old elements need to be removed due to the age of the elements and not providing the heat they should. Unfortunately 0 stars for this landlord and their service and fees.

Absolut den sämsta hyresvärden jag haft kontakt med. Jag skulle aldrig rekommendera denna hyresvärd till någon. Upplevelsen har varit så negativ att jag hellre hade valt att vara utan boende än att hyra här igen. Undvik om du har möjlighet, oprofessionellt bemötande, dålig kommunikation och brist på ansvarstagande

They have bad staff. They don't respect customers. You have to choose the right staff at the office in Västerås.
