I hired a lawyer who I thought was a lawyer when it was presented in text as what a lawyer was. This lawyer and I agreed on what the case was about and what would happen. After I signed the power of attorney, it sounded COMPLETELY different and then we couldn't do at all what we agreed on before. And lost the power of attorney and was confused every time about what would happen and what it was about. Mostly I had to remind myself of what the case was about and in the end the other party earned more from it than I did when I would make concession after concession. 2000 SEK per email and it could be a yes or no question which then became a total of 4000 SEK. Requested meetings that I never got because I made more money by email. This was about a threat against children that the other party made which resulted in the children now being threatened with being taken into care. Extremely frivolous, not recommended.
