We chose Flytt & stad for moving. They were perfectly on time. Very kind and professional staffs. They took care of all our furniture and assembled those again in the new apartment. They carried everything with care. I highly recommend their service!

Used some kind of strange cleaning agent on all our floors which resulted in all the surfaces being sticky. We had to swab all the floors again, which gave off a brown-grey color in the waste water. They also didn't clean windowsills and forgot to wipe down several shelves. Giving a bottom score because they only offered to redo it, knowing that there isn't time to bring them back. Asked for a price reduction but they declined. In response to this, they are lying about the same day offer to redo it. They offered a time after the vacate date. They are trying to make it out that I'm a slimy customer, which is also disingenuous. The compensation I wanted was in proportion to the amount of work we needed to do to fix the problem. Re-cleaning all the floors is not a minor fix. To be fair, they did a great job with the bathroom cleaning, apart from the aforementioned floor. Since we couldn't reach an agreement, I paid the full price for the cleaning, and am leaving this review for others to see how they can expect to be treated.
