Very respectful handling of both the home and our belongings, as well as proper cleaning afterwards.

We are incredibly happy with our move. The guys who helped us were very nice and professional. They introduced themselves right away with a handshake and were helpful throughout the move, which took a full three hours and was a big project for us. Communication worked great and they were very careful with our belongings. Fragile furniture was wrapped in plastic and everything went quickly and smoothly. We also had good contact with our contact person throughout the process. We can highly recommend this company. This was our second move with them and we would definitely use them again.

I agree with those who say he is a scammer. We booked his service to move our household, including packing, unpacking, disassembly, and reassembly. On the day of the move, he simply didn’t show up. When we contacted him, he claimed there was a "system error" and a booking mistake. He didn’t offer any solution until we called him several times and pushed him to fix the situation—this was on the same day we had a flight to Stockholm! Eventually, he sent another company (Team Karl Umeå), but it only got worse. The people he sent were apparently contacted through Facebook, not professionals. They damaged our bedframe, kept us waiting for two days, and didn’t even finish the assembly. The entire experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Please do not recommend or use this company.

Worst moving experience ever. Never book this company. All good before you buy their service, you wont receive good answers after the booking is done. People dont turn up as per booked time, adding so much stress to your moving. Cleaning Nobody turned up for cleaning, not possible to contact due to weekends. I call them on the next working day, Patrik says he will come back and doesn't come back. I call him again after an hour to get answer and his answer is he can not answer since he doesn't have an answer. He is not willing to comment when he would have answer, just plain answer, I will get back when I will have an answer. The same guy was talking very nicely while selling the services. He never had time to talk after the booking was done. Moving The time was 8AM, nobody turned up until 9AM. It is not possible to contact anyone since it was Saturday but that one hour felt very heavy not knowing they are coming or not.

Booked a move-out cleaning for a day, to meet at 8am. Waited more than 1 hour, and no one came. Impossible to reach out by phone, and no justification.
