Completely satisfied with the choice of moving and cleaning company. In the past, I have had bad experiences with companies that offer low fixed prices and try to do the work as quickly as possible, often at the expense of injuries and exploitation of workers who are in need of work. Västerås moving agency gave us a quote based on working hours, which means that we paid for the actual hours required. The staff was friendly, professional and thorough, and there was no attempt to cheat to delay the move. The move cleaning was also absolutely perfect and was fully approved by Mimer, who are very thorough in their inspection. I can highly recommend this company for both moving and cleaning!

Very unprofessional people. They cancelled the job after we had scheduled it 1 month ago. Very stressful and expensive, and I'm glad it was cancelled. Save your money and pay someone more professional who can respect you.
We are very pleased that we chose Västerås Flyttningsbyrå. The work was done completely according to plan and quote, the service was professional all the way and the move was very smooth. The cleaning of our previous accommodation was also of a high standard. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving.
Hired them 3 times and I must be stupid. The first time they made a big and visible dent in my nice dresser. The second time it went well but the third time they ruined a bed worth at least 8000 SEK. When I pointed it out they started lying about it being like that from the start, completely panicked. Not answering phone calls now. I got this email from them: Here is the answer to your claim. The guys, Christer and Jacob told you that the leg was broken before they loaded. Your claim that the GUYS have ruined this should be considered fraudulent, but since this is their fault, and that they HAVE to pay for this, they will contact you, and you will have to explain to them how much you want them to pay you. You will not get anything from me, Västerås Flytt.
