A window that was supposed to be installed in August but we heard nothing. When it was time for installation 2 months later it turned out that they had ordered the wrong size of the window... Now the solar cell motor does not work (complained we will go and see what happens) and the blackout curtain that has been delivered is not what was ordered.... The least you can expect as a customer is to get contact and information but it is completely impossible to get hold of Thomas despite emails and calls to the company.... I can imagine that they will get in touch when it is time to pay the invoice.... In the meantime we have a window that cannot be opened... Really cannot be recommended...
They had closed at the agreed time without giving notice, but it didn't matter much because the part wasn't in stock.. I found roughly what I needed on amazon.se instead..
