It would be so difficult to find another Herr Haris Sarkic, so efficient and honest. We had problems with 2 Miele washing machines, one private and the other one for our staff. Called a renowned electrical company where we bought the machines, they sent a repairman who just plugged in his computer in the newer machine and told us how much is it to change the mother card and how mush to buy a new one. Had a look at the older machine without opening one screw, told me it is not worth repairing as it is way beyond it's average life! Not convinced with any of the above explanation and got in touch with Mr. Sarkic. He came on the same late afternoon as he was on a job in the next village. Tested the newer machine and it was indeed the electronic problem and he repaired my older machine within a blink of an eye and it is functioning perfectly now! His price for a new machine with delivery and setting up is definitely better than any other merchants online. He came on a Mon late afternoon and the new machine was delivered and set to wash on Wed evening! We are not only talking about a better price here, but, the pragmatic advice on which machine to get, the professionalism on how he mounted the machine, how he cleaned up the dusty corner before putting the machine in place. Finally, I do believe in customer service again. Thank You Haris !
