Unfortunately, nobody here knows what anyone else is doing. Apparently, there's no internal communication. The problem still hasn't been resolved, even after four technicians have visited. Every technician who comes finds the same problem and then leaves. When I pointed out that Alltech had said there would be a notice posted with all the information, and that we hadn't received it three days in advance, I was snapped at. They claimed that due to illness, no notice could be posted. Naturally, nothing worked after that because we weren't informed about the service times. In the end, they said it was our fault because we didn't adhere to the posted times. It's just unbelievable.
