I was having trouble finishing my construction project in Geneva, and thanks to Mr. Schillinger's (Pratteln) intervention, my problem was resolved very quickly. Thank you for your help and professionalism.
I received excellent advice from the very beginning. Mr. Schillinger always took the time for me, even though I live quite far away. They are very accommodating, which is rare these days. I can only praise Murprotec Pratteln wholeheartedly :))
Thank you, Mr. Kraus, for the excellent consultation – no unnecessary scaremongering, just a wealth of valuable information. You took a great deal of time and answered all our questions. A truly pleasant visit. Thank you.
The analyst on site was very knowledgeable about the subject. He was able to explain everything to us and demonstrate the necessity of it.
We found a flyer (visit notice) in our mailbox advertising a free diagnosis. I never received a reply to my email asking how free the diagnosis really was. After filling out the form on their website, I received a call from Mr. Kraus. He confirmed over the phone that everything was free. He (and a colleague) came by. I had the feeling the two of them knew what they were doing (hence the two stars), but what happened next... Mr. Kraus filled out the diagnosis form and wanted a signature. I saw no reason to sign anything if everything was free. So I didn't sign. He packed up the diagnosis form (without giving me a copy), gathered his things, got up, and headed for the front door. In passing, I asked what kind of solution they actually offered (he had made it sound so convincing on the phone that they also offered solutions), and all he said was: a ventilation system. I could contact headquarters if I wanted to know more. He didn't really want to advise me anymore. His colleague (Mr. Schillinger) said a proper goodbye, but Mr. Kraus just wanted to leave. So, the signature must have meant more than that... Therefore, I cannot recommend the company or their apparently free diagnosis! Addendum: Mr. Schillinger contacted me because of the Google review and explained the whole situation: why the on-site diagnosis went the way it did and Mr. Kraus's behavior. It all makes more sense to me now. As I said above, I didn't doubt the employees' expertise, but their behavior on-site was completely unacceptable, and I hope for future clients that something like this never happens again. If it does, I can certainly imagine working with them again.
