I'm not commenting on the service or the products. I just want to say thank you to this store for the beautiful Christmas decorations on its facade and in its windows. The colorful stars light up the neighborhood and brighten my day as I leave for or return from work.
Competent, but expensive! The employee was very friendly. Everything was done within 10 minutes. I was charged CHF 162.00 for labor alone. The reason given was travel time and finding parking. I live about 2 km from the store...
This is a reputable, down-to-earth electrical company. Everyone is very competent. And if it's urgent, the owner himself comes and installs what the customer wants. We needed new lights throughout our house. The owner came to us immediately with lots of catalogs and put together something wonderful for us. We gave him complete freedom. He selected everything for us. Perfect, uncomplicated, and relaxed. Beautiful lights in every room, bathroom, basement, etc. We get compliments on our lighting every time we have visitors. That says it all. And the very best part was that the installers came to our house and installed all the lights over a few days. And we never had to clean the grout. Every single day everything was perfect. Not a speck of dust. Absolutely nothing. Everything was installed perfectly and we're delighted every time we switch on a light.
