I do not normally leave reviews on Google but my experience with this company was very bad. They charged a lot of money. They charged for cancellations week ahead of time. The actual cleaner did a very poor job and then did now show up. Then there is no way on the web application to cancel a series of cleanings, or even delete your account or remove your card details.

The cleaning was extremely mediocre. It’s not the first time I’ve used this company and been disappointed. I don’t think they train their maids how to clean properly. The last cleaner smelled so bad that I couldn’t even be in the same room as her and the other one they sent reeked of cigarettes. If your cleaners themselves aren’t clean then how could you send them to clean your clients‘ home and expect us to pay for this disservice!? Don’t waste your time or money on this company. You’re better off just cleaning your house for yourself.

By far the most unprofessional company I've come across in Switzerland. The first maid repeatedly ignored my requests to clean the floors, instead choosing to clean things I didn't care about. I requested a new maid, and she canceled repeatedly with less than 12 hours notice. Each time she canceled, Batmaid said they couldn't send a replacement. After 3 months averaging a 40% cancellation rate, always with no notice, Batmaid said they'd have a manager follow up with me. They never did. Worst of all, I can't even stop the service using their website. I have to call in again during business hours. My house was quite literally cleaner before I started using Batmaid, and I was definitely happier.

Bad experience as agent left the house dirty without proper cleaning; I thought calling Batmaid would solve the situation but the problems just started as customer service told me to send an email without solving the situation. Sent an email with pictures but the agent considered my concerns to be minimal and solution provided did not meet any expectations or solved the situation but instead they pretend for your to invest again in a service you cannot rely on.

Not clean at all. Very poor result! Can’t even list one thing that was done properly. The only thing they offered me when calling that I need to do photos from everything, send by mail and than I could get ONE hour for free on the next cleaning! So they make me work for this kind of I compensation! Not costumer friendly approach in my eyes at all. At least they came back to me now, saying they will approach me with a new suggestion.
