Super Service
We initially made an appointment for Friday. When we inquired, we were told they were fully booked and asked if Monday at 8:00 a.m. would be convenient. No one showed up at 8:00 a.m. Then we received an email stating that the staff had been sent to a different address in a different town. However, there is no street name like that there, nor is our last name. So, they should have noticed long ago that something was wrong. After three phone calls requesting an immediate response, I finally received a call back at 11:30 a.m. asking if we could reschedule for Wednesday, as they were fully booked for today. No thanks, not like this!!
