The installation was carried out by a team of three. They were very efficient, competent, clean, and well-coordinated. The work site was left cleaner than when they started. I can highly recommend this company.

Communication: very good Technical execution: competent and efficient Deadline compliance: very good Price/performance: very good Outdoor split unit and two indoor units in rented attic apartments in Basel installed and ready for use in two days. Obstacles encountered during wall and roof penetrations were independently resolved. Damage was offset against overhead costs. Rain and wind gauges for the awning on the roof terrace were also installed. Klimatec is recommended due to its high level of expertise in installing air conditioning units, including all electrical work.

Klimatec did very good work in my attikawohnung in Zurich installing a new 'Mitsubishi Heavy' heat pump with split (R32 based) system (for heating and cooling). Installation required some special maurer work which was done very well. They also gave me support in English which was very helpful and they gave me the best price (including the maurer work). I am happy to give them 5 stars.

No complaints. Quick, clean and honest service. They speak English, by the way!
