They advertise to employees of various companies, promising discounts of 20 to 30%. In my case, they only gave me a 10% discount on part of my bill. That's called a bait-and-switch tactic – unprofessional.

Our Schulthess washing machine, serviced by Kuhn Design AG, has been reliably in operation for almost 20 years – a strong testament to its quality. In all that time, only one repair has been necessary, and Kuhn Design AG's service has always been professional. We have maintained a service contract (CHF 130 per year) for many years. However, the fact that material costs are no longer covered for older appliances is, in our opinion, a weakness – especially when the appliances continue to function perfectly. This raises the question for us of the future value of the service contract, even though we greatly appreciate the quality and service we have received so far. A customer-oriented development of this model would be highly desirable.

I prefer not to name the previous company, but I was dissatisfied with their services. This company, however, is reliable, professional, and extremely competent. Everything went perfectly, from the initial phone call to the completed installation. Mr. Okur, an employee of the company, does excellent work; I highly recommend them.

Waited for two months for an offer and finally they no offer arrived but several excuses, nothing was offered. Highly unprofessional response.
