The person who came to help me access my flat after I lost my keys was on time, offered to pick me up at the closest tram station because there was a storm in Basel, managed to open the door with patience without destroying the lock, all of this in less than 30 minutes. Excellent and quick service! We were locked out of our home late in the evening with our 3-year-old and we were nervous we would have to wait several hours for someone to come. We only had to wait about 15/20 mins and the process was very quick. Our locksmith was so kind. Would recommend!
