Can unfortunately not recommend this company, the person was friendly but basically knew not really much more than myself, a few advices and a bit of talk with a bill of 180 CHF seems unreasonable to me.
Sergej Göbel came to extermine a few wasp nests under the metal strips on our balcony. He was not only thorough, friendly and very informative. I would be only too happy to recommend his services and that of Ecotox.

Unfortunately, we cannot leave a good review. We paid CHF330 for a wasps' nest removal, of which CHF130 was levied for inspecting the site. There were two nests within 1m of each other, and only one was removed. We called the next working day to inform Ecotox of the second nest, and we were told matter-of-factly that only one nest was removed, and we would have to pay again for the removal of the second one.
Messaged on the WhatsApp for some advice about a wasp issue and received prompt and helpful advice. Fortunately, I didn’t need a physical service as there isn’t a large problem but I appreciated vey much the patience and calm tone of the messages I received.
