Milan was very personable and prompt. Received my request before this morning and already reached out by 8AM to book an appointment for the day. And in less than an hour our drainage problem was resolved. One big plus for me was that he spoke English and that helped with understanding the problem in the apartment. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
