I have to say the apartment is really beautiful and neat. But the Lady which showed me the place was first really kind and everything. In the end I told her I would message her back till the end of the week. Disrespectfully she called me in the middle of the week, accusing that is not polite to not give a feedback, I told her several time i told her I would write her a mail. But I had still time. She put me in a place like I‘m such a disrespectful kind of human. The worst experience so far!!!!

Once, I thought the light wasn't working, so I called, and an employee came immediately and showed me how to operate it correctly. Very low ethical behavior. The owner of the company promised to let us bid as last call for a house we were offering. After getting our first offer (we were the first to offer), he made us waiting several weeks to finally sell the house to someone else without asking and without informing us. We find out by trying to call several times. Clearly not transparent, taking advantage of a dry real estate market in Basel, and not respecting the agreed process. Disgusting behavior. Clearly go away from this agency.
