We keep getting calls from mobile numbers that change daily. We rent out apartments privately, and these employees simply won't take no for an answer! Is that so hard to understand? We don't want any more calls. Furthermore, we have a *-mark on our phone number indicating that we don't want any advertising calls, but unfortunately, Properti isn't respecting that.

Disappointing Experience No Recommendation for PROPERTI As an entrepreneur with many years of experience in the real estate sector, I rely on reliable, transparent partners. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite with PROPERTI. We had a high-quality single-family home to rent and used PROPERTI's services. As contractually agreed, we paid a brokerage fee of 1.5 months' rent, subject to a clearly stated five-year rental guarantee. After just one year, however, the tenants gave notice. When we asked them, they openly explained that from the beginning they had only been looking for a temporary solution for about a year until their partner retired, with the intention of moving to cheaper France afterward. The responsible real estate agent, who was employed by PROPERTI at the time, was already aware of this intention before the contract was signed. Nevertheless, this crucial information was deliberately withheld from us. Despite this fact, PROPERTI is now trying to evade responsibility with excuses, but without offering a concrete solution or concession. For both private clients and business partners, I can only advise caution. Anyone seeking long-term, fair cooperation should carefully consider who they enter into contracts with. In our case, our trust in PROPERTI was massively disappointed, despite contractual safeguards!

Looking for an apartment and dealing with rental agency in Basel is one of the worse experiences of living in Switzerland. Usually they are unresponsive, not interested, and sometimes they even don't want to fix broken things in the apartment form the previous tenants. Properti Immobilien is a breath of fresh air, with many pictures of apartments, all the necessary details you would like to know about an apartment and offering additional services (moving, cleaning). The employees are incredibly kind. Luciene Steinmann is the kindest rental agent I met. He is super responsive, precise, knowledgable, prepared, solution-oriented. Such a pleasure to work with.

Ms Jeyarasa provided absolutely amazing service from start to the end. She has guided me through all the steps and managed to complete the whole process within few days ( I had short deadline). She was very clear in her dealings and provided more in depth information on rental and regulations whenever asked. I definitely recommend her services.
