Looking for an apartment and dealing with rental agency in Basel is one of the worse experiences of living in Switzerland. Usually they are unresponsive, not interested, and sometimes they even don't want to fix broken things in the apartment form the previous tenants. Properti Immobilien is a breath of fresh air, with many pictures of apartments, all the necessary details you would like to know about an apartment and offering additional services (moving, cleaning). The employees are incredibly kind. Luciene Steinmann is the kindest rental agent I met. He is super responsive, precise, knowledgable, prepared, solution-oriented. Such a pleasure to work with.
Ms Jeyarasa provided absolutely amazing service from start to the end. She has guided me through all the steps and managed to complete the whole process within few days ( I had short deadline).
