Not impressed with the way they manage issues on the apartment I’m renting with them. Slow, sloppy and often unfriendly.

I have applied for a 3.5 room apartment in Basel and I have had really bad experience with Regimo. I have been to visit 3.5 rooms apartment and no one came from Regimo Basel AG . me and another family waiting 1 hour and no one from Regimo came. afterwards they ask for a lot of documents ( even they call at the work place ); very stressful immobile company ; a lot of documents, strict checking and no apartment at the end; not recommended at all.

Absolutely incompetent people who cannot even write a name like Robert correctly upon multiple requests to do so and sending letters to the old address even after a year of moving to the actual address they are responsible for. On the top of that they cancelled our Vervaltungsvertrag because they have to do actual work, not just collect money.

As a renter from a property managed by Regimo, I can honestly say that it has been a really pleasant experience. I felt that Regimo always dealt with any issues fairly, transparently and effectively. Applying for a reduction in rent due to decrease in interest rates was also handled quickly and efficiently and fairly. All in all it was a thoroughly pleasant experience and I can recommend Regimo fully.

I am surprised to see some of the other reviews. I am not sure who they have dealt with because from the get-go, about 2 years ago, we have had nothing but positive experiences. We have dealt with Neville E., who is very friendly and has always, with the help of his team/staff, provided great, professional and very timely service. From when we requested to see the appointment, we were able to see it quickly and after liking what we saw, we received the contract within the same week. All formal paperwork and requests were processed in a timely manner and although we did not speak the language, they made themselves available to answer any questions for anything that was not clear. :) Then, after moving in we were able to just email them for any issue that popped up, and again they were super responsive, and issues were resolved quickly (by issues I mean normal things that can go wrong with any apartment, ie. clothes washer acting funky, faucet handle drip, etc.). They even introduced a Regimo app and now you can report any issues via that, and still you get a call within the same day sometimes, that I even get surprised as to how fast the response has been. Sooo, all that to say that we love our apartment and Regimo has been fantastic and we are so happy that we have had the professional and friendly service from Neville E. We will miss it now that we have to relocate back to the US and hope we can find a great company like this to deal with.
