I've never dealt with such a poor property management company. Terminating a parking space agreement without prior consultation, and then simply brushing me off when I asked for an explanation—that's not what I consider transparent and fair treatment of tenants. I've also contacted the management company several times in the past regarding another parking space. I got the impression that my request was treated with very little interest or, in some cases, simply ignored. Overall, this seems unprofessional and lacks customer focus. I would expect significantly more communication, fairness, and a willingness to engage in dialogue from a property management company.

The clients proved to be very communicative, easy to deal with, and very decisive when it came to important matters. I would gladly work with them again on another construction project.
